PDFs are handy for printing and sharing, but editing their text is hard. That is why people want to move a certificate, essay, draft contract or book chapter into Word. The Nibras Code PDF to Word tool does this inside the browser: PDF.js reads the text, when needed the Tesseract OCR engine is loaded from the site's own server and runs on your device, and the result is assembled as a DOCX file.
The upside is privacy: your file is not sent to any service. The downside is that the tool moves text, not layout. A document with many tables, columns or images may need tidying by hand. On a weak phone, large files can be slow.
