APK errors

python is not recognized

Windows writes this when it cannot find python, node, npm, java, dotnet, or psql. The English line is: 'python' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

Do not change everything at once. Check the cause in order.

  • First type py --version. If an answer comes, Python is there and the word python is not found. Continue with py.
  • If python opens the Microsoft Store, search Start for Manage app execution aliases. Turn off python.exe and python3.exe. Close the terminal and open a new one. Do not uninstall the program.
  • Type where.exe python. The first line should not be WindowsApps.
  • If a folder name has ə, ö, ü, ı, ş, ğ, or ç, such as C:\Users\Əli, pip and npm may refuse the path. Put the project in a Latin-letter folder such as C:\dev. Do not rename the Windows user.
  • The same sentence is for node, npm, java, dotnet, and psql. The command changes. The stop is the same.

Do not paste several folders into PATH at once. First run py --version.
