Your writing is yours. Nibras Docs is an offline-first mobile app for writing books and documents. This policy explains what the app stores and why, and when information can leave your device.

2. Operator and contact
The data controller is Nibras Code (nibrascode.com). For privacy, data or deletion questions: nibrascode@gmail.com.
3. Documents stay on your device
Documents, images you insert and settings are saved in the app’s private storage on your device. Core features work without internet. Cloud sync is not active in this version: document content is not uploaded to Nibras Docs servers.
4. Optional account
You can use the app without an account. If you open an account, your email address and a password hash are stored by Supabase (authentication) so you can sign in. An account does not upload your documents to the cloud in this version.
5. Photos, camera and permissions
Images are chosen with the Android system photo picker, so the app only receives the pictures you select and does not read your photo library. READ_MEDIA_IMAGES and other media/storage permissions are not required and are stripped from the app. The CAMERA permission is used only when you choose “take a photo”. INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE are present to know network status and for optional account sign-in — not to upload document content.
6. Exports and sharing
PDF, Word (DOCX), EPUB and text files are created on your device and shared only where you send them through the Android share sheet. You choose the receiving app.
7. No ads, no tracking, no selling
Nibras Docs shows no ads and contains no analytics or advertising SDKs. We do not sell, rent or share personal data for advertising. All features are currently free; there are no payments.
8. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
9. Deleting your data
Uninstalling the app removes its documents from the device. To delete an account, email nibrascode@gmail.com; requests are completed within 30 days.
