Gemini puts a chart inside the answer

Gemini may not return a question as text only. A chart, a slider, and a working model can stand inside the chat. Turning a molecule, or changing a motion with a slider, is that kind of answer. Google put this inside the Gemini app.

Saying "show" instead of "explain" calls the visual. If there is a model choice, the visual is often on the Pro side. The name on the button can change.

On 13 October 2026 Gemini 4 Argon opened for AI Pro and Ultra. That one is for a more direct answer and for tasks. The chart is not named Argon. The chart is the visual inside the chat.

From 19 October 2026 an interactive app built in the chat can be moved to a draft page on Google Sites. That is not the chat itself. It is a separate page.

The number a slider shows is not a measurement. Check your own number. On some education accounts the visual may not open.

  • Write "show this as a chart". A bare "what is it" often returns text.
  • Moving the slider does not take a new measurement. It plays with the starting number you wrote.
  • Do not treat the Argon button as the chart button. That is another model, and it is not on every account.
  • Moving it to Sites does not delete the chat. The draft page stands apart.
  • A ChatGPT account does not open Gemini. A Google account is needed.
  • Read the line under the picture too. The picture can be right and the sentence wrong.

About this tool

The Gemini AI model can embed graphics, sliders, and functional sub‑models directly into its answers. Instead of returning only text, it can present visual elements that make explanations clearer. This capability is built into Google’s Gemini application and was launched for Gemini 4 Argon AI Pro and Ultra on 13 October 2026.

To request a visual, users ask with phrases like “show me a graphic” or “display this with a chart.” The graphic is part of the conversation, not the Argon button, which belongs to a different model and is not available on every account. Some education accounts may hide visuals, so reading the caption is recommended.

How to use it

  1. Sign in to Gemini with a Google account.
  2. Ask for a visual, e.g., “show this with a chart.”
  3. Gemini returns the answer together with a graphic or slider.
  4. If needed, move the interactive result to a draft page in Google Sites.

Common uses

Frequently asked questions

What does a graphic mean in Gemini?

It is a visual element added to the answer, such as an image, chart, or interactive slider, to complement the textual response.

Is the Argon button the same as the graphic button?

No, the Argon button belongs to a different model and should not be confused with the graphic button; they serve separate functions.

What is transferred to Google Sites?

Only the interactive application built in Gemini is copied to a draft page in Google Sites; the chat itself remains separate.
