The video is not re-encoded, so it takes seconds, but the cut may snap to the nearest keyframe. Turn it off for an exact cut.
Are big videos OK?
The first run loads a ~30 MB engine. Up to about 200 MB works well on a phone; bigger files can be slow.
Does the video go to a server?
No. The video is processed with ffmpeg in this browser and never leaves the device.
